		<description>I know where you were, and are, coming from.  As a pastor in a small rural church (~40) I often have the same thoughts!  I listened to a sermon by Mark Driscoll (Mars Hill (Seattle)) about how a growing church needs &quot;a dude&quot; - meaning that attractive guy that will draw people in.  I realize that&#039;s not me.  It will not (unless God works some miracle plastic (and personality) surgery) ever be me!  These thoughts don&#039;t just occur to someone going through a mid-life crisis...I think every pastor in the small church setting has them.  

I wish I had something inspiring to say, or some great piece of advice to give -- but I don&#039;t. 

Lord, help us to be the men You want us to be in the places and situations to which You have called us.</description>
